Transfer 4/26/04 for 4/27/04

I am initiating a transfer before the deadline this morning which will take effect Wednesday. I am going 65% F fund and 35% S fund.

The Bonds have really sold off recently and I thought I'd takea chance and move some of my G fund money there. I also made a small allocation into the S fund. Interest rates should effect small caps but rates are still low.I see the small caps areacting a bit stronger than the large caps this morning. I could have just as easily chose the C fund but decided if we were to break out in the market, the small caps could be the first out of the gate.
